Imprinting Methods:
Embroidery: Thread and needles are used to stitch a design onto fabric. Digitizing is the process where the designer converts artwork to a format that can be read by the embroidery machine.
Screen Print: Artwork is transferred onto the fabric with inks. Artwork for screen printed designs has to be color separated.
General Artwork Guidelines:
We ask that you send a copy of your artwork. Please refer to the following guidelines to help us convert your logo or design to the best possible stitched or screen printed image.
Please save your files as follows:
Microsoft Office: save as a PNG
file.
Adobe Illustrator: save as an EPS file with all fonts changed to outline.
Photoshop: save as an EPS, TIFF or JPEG file at 600 dpi with no
compression.
Corel Draw and all other applications: convert all fonts to outline, save as or export as an EPS file.
Artwork and design fees may apply in those cases where files are saved as JPEG, GIF, TIFF, or BMP. These file types as well as low resolution scans and files downloaded from the internet sometimes require work to reproduce to a suitable format.
